Dr. E. Gayle Schneider, Ph.D. HCLD, ELD ART/Andrology Laboratory Director, is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysts as a High Complexity Laboratory Director and an Embryology Laboratory Director.

Dr. Schneider has 20 years of experience as an embryologist. She received a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Harvard University and has been an Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Laboratory Director since 1990.

 Dr. Joseph Garza is part of the Institute for Women's Health and is a fellowship-trained Reproductive Endocrinologist, In-Vitro Fertilization Specialist and Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  His post doctoral training includes:

Dr. Garza is licensed by the Texas Sate Board of Medical Examiners - license number E9073 - and Board Certified by the National Boards I, II, III and Flex as well as the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  His education includes a Biophysics degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1970, a Chemistry and Biology degree from Austin College in 1973 and a doctorate degree from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School in 1977.  He has had numerous academic or teaching appointments and maintains an interest in research.  Dr. Garza's memberships and/or committee affiliations include:

 Dr. Gerard Honore specializes in infertility care as part of Perinatal and Fertility Specialists of San Antonio.  He is board certified by and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.  Dr. Honore's education and training includes a Ph.D. from Duke University in 1986, a doctorate degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University in 1992, a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology also at Wake Forest University in 1996 and a Fellowship in Reproductve Endocrinology and Interfility at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1998.  He has many national honors and recognition including:
